Refund Policy

Before delivery
If you paid and the order has not been delivered yet, you can get a full refund within 7 days of payment.
After delivery
CPs and items are delivered instantly and can be used right away, so there are no refunds after delivery, unless we delivered by mistake (wrong pack or wrong account); then we fix it or refund you.
Duplicate or wrong payments
If you paid twice for one order or sent more than the price, we refund the difference in full.
Donations
Support donations are not refundable, unless sent by mistake and reported within 48 hours.
Bans
Accounts banned for cheating or breaking the rules are not refunded.
How to ask
Send us your order code and a screenshot of the transfer through your order page (a direct contact channel is coming soon). We reply within 3 working days, and refunds go back the same way you paid (InstaPay).
