Who we are
Dark Conquer is a private game server run by Project Alpha Tech in Cairo, Egypt. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website or the game.
What we collect
Your account name, your password stored only as a one-way hash (Whirlpool) that nobody can read, and game data (character, level, items, CPs). For orders we record the account name, pack, amount and status. We log IP addresses to protect the server from spam and cheating.
What we don't collect
We never ask for your email, phone number or real name. Payments go through InstaPay; we never see your card or bank account, only what appears on the transfer.
How we use it
To run your account, deliver orders, stop cheating and spam, and handle complaints. We never sell or share your data unless the law requires it.
Cookies
The site only stores your language choice in your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists. Order records are kept for 2 years for accounting; the IP address is removed from them after 90 days. Server logs are kept only as long as we need them for security.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted. Contact us through your order page (a direct contact channel is coming soon).
