Terms & Conditions

Agreement
By using the website or the game you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The server
Dark Conquer is a fan-run private server and is not affiliated with the owners of Conquer Online. We may change the game, the rates, or shut the server down at any time, and will try to announce it with fair notice.
Your account
You are responsible for your password. One account per player. Selling accounts, CPs or items for real money outside our official store is not allowed.
Not allowed
Bots, hacks, exploiting bugs, abuse and scamming other players. Breaking these rules can lead to a ban without any refund.
Virtual purchases
CPs and items you buy are virtual goods inside the game. They have no real-money value and are not your property outside the game; you get a license to use them on this server only.
Donations
Support donations are voluntary and come with no in-game reward.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses from server downtime or problems with your device; our maximum liability is the value of your most recent order.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Contact: through your order page (a direct contact channel is coming soon).
