Quick answer
On Dark Conquer you rebirth from level 120 at your class master, twice. At level 137 after your second rebirth you can wear any weapon and you get every class's skills for free.
Steps
- Reach level 120 or higher.
- Talk to your class master and rebirth.
- Climb back to 120 and do your second rebirth.
- Push on to level 137, the cap.
What unlocks at 137
- Gear that asked for level 138, 139 or 140 now asks for 137, so you can wear it at the cap.
- After the second rebirth at 137: any weapon, and every class's skills for free.
